Practical Resources to Support Your People
We've supported Hundreds of working parents
We've supported Hundreds of working parents!
'm excited to announce our new website and re-branding. It showcases our work so you can learn more about what we do to support parents and all that we've accomplished. We have honed our methodology and want to share our findings. As a business owner and a parental transition coach, I'm proud of our unparalleled results over the last six years.
When I graduated from the Parent Coaching Institute in 2015, I knew this type of support should be a benefit all working parents received. At that time, very few people knew what a Parent Coach was, let alone why they would need one. Almost 10 years later, I’ve witnessed a growing understanding and normalization of the obvious benefits and need for working parents to have individualized guidance.
I pinch myself every day because doing this work has been rewarding and validating. It's also the realization of a personal dream and vision. I couldn't have accomplished it without the talented coaches on the Cara Pollard Coaching team, who were vetted and sought after. I feel blessed and lucky that they work for Cara Pollard Coaching every day. They bring their own expertise to the work and then receive training in a method I developed.
The results we’ve garnered have been astounding, not only for the companies we partner with, but mostly for the individual, parents, and couples we coach. We’ve supported new parents through every stage: transitioning onto leave, navigating baby bonding time at home, and returning to work. We've helped new moms navigate the confusion of balancing conflicting opinions—such as advice from family members and cultural norms versus pediatricians' recommendations—alongside their own observations of their baby's needs. We have helped couples who have welcomed their third child manage their older children's needs, while incorporating their third child into their family unit, all while returning to work.
We've helped executives navigate the unexpected challenges of balancing the demands of parenthood with their professional responsibilities. We’ve counseled mothers and fathers who are going through a divorce or experienced an affair to maintain their desires and values as a parent. We've coached mothers who were experiencing hormonal changes, sleep deprivation, and feelings of overwhelm, figure out if they truly want to quit their job or remain working. While they may struggle with how to "manage it all," we guide them in developing mindful, efficient strategies, rooted in self-compassion, to balance their responsibilities.
It has been extremely rewarding to affect the lives of our individual clients. We’re proud that our support has helped the companies we partner with save millions in potential lost revenue by retaining 95% of their working parents. We created a report that highlights the important work we’ve done. Please review our Impact Report so you can understand the results we've obtained.
We invite you to take a look at our website and we ask that you spread the word about our successful partnerships so that we can do more for working parents.
It's incredibly rewarding to help others while living out my own personal dream!
